DPNSS is not part of the MSDN RLT feature name since the feature does not use standard DPNSS message protocols.
If a call is extended by using the RLT softkey, then the digit asterisk (*) cannot be used. Pressing the asterisk will cause the "Illegal dialing" error message to appear. The attendant must select Non-RLT to enter Feature Access codes.
If a call is extended by using the RLT softkey, then the attendant cannot talk to the new party; the new party is automatically connected to the held party and the attendant is disconnected from both parties. If the attendant wishes to speak to the new party, then the call must be extended by using the Non-RLT softkey.
When extending an RLT call, failure to press the Release key before the inter-digit timer expires results in an "INVALID DIALING" message on the console.
Internal call forwarding will not function for external calls. If a call is transferred by using a Non-RLT link, then the destination system sees the call as being an external call and internal call forwarding is not activated at the destination station.
Calls made on an RLT do not inherit the COS and COR of the attendant.
